Momofuku
- I don’t have a kitchen so this is the only cookbook I would ever buy. The Momofuku restaurants are my favorite and I have done the PR photographs for them since Ssam Bar opened. I was actually supposed to do the photography for this book, but long story short, it didn’t work out. Gabriele Stabile did the photographs which was a pretty good choice. Check out this video with David Chang and Peter Meehan on VBS.
The Photo Album - Put out by Frankie magazine it is a collection of photographs by photographers all around the world. It looks pretty awesome, I am glad I have a photo in this book.
